Wimbledon Park was our largest development in Caboolture
Shire, just off Graham Road in Morayfield. With 205 lots over 8
stages, this estate bought quality land that was both affordable
and well-serviced to customers in the area.
With many of the lots well above 600m2, and with views of the Glasshouse
Mountains, Wimbledon Park was an opportunity for us to provide land
opportunities to people wanting an economical, but family friendly
area to live.
Subsequent developments in the region have benefited from the standards
that Wimbledon Park set for Morayfield. Sarah and Steve lived in
the estate for two years while it was being developed, and assisted
in the creating some of the housing designs that the builders ended
up using on some of the blocks.
