A large-lot development on the road to Bribie Island, Wattle Grove
was an example of a development finding its niche. The small estate
- only 30 lots ñ sold out much faster than we expected, with buyers
snapping up the 3000m2 (and up) blocks. Developed on an old fruit-orchard
site, we sought to keep as much as the vegetation on the perimeters
of the land as we could, and also to keep, wherever possible, some
of the orchard trees also.
The underground power, top-quality landscaping, and attention to
detail have made this estate a very friendly and amenable place
to live. If you ever visit Wattle Grove, you'll see why it sold
so quickly; it's just a great place to live.
